General Warranty Deed

This document will transfer title of Texas real estate from one person or entity to another.  The “warranty” guarantees to the buyer that the seller owns the real estate he is selling and will defend buyer’s title to the real estate against anyone claiming any ownership in the property. The General Warranty Deed prepared by Jeptha C. Tatum, III covers cash or gift transactions, but not financed transactions.
